A three-course tasting menu featuring Chalupas as an appetizer, Chef José Lazcarro’s signature *Chile en Nogada* as the main course, and a delicious corn cake for dessert, accompanied by Papantla vanilla ice cream with totomoxtle (corn husk) infusion.
