Omakai
Japanese restaurant near the heart of San José del Cabo (Ignacio Zaragoza 1311). Michelin calls the room serene Mexican-minimalist and lists three paths: teppanyaki tasting, omakase, or à la carte. Inspectors praise fish from La Paz and Ensenada, house-made pork-belly gyoza, nigiri that grows more complex, seared salmon with truffle sauce, and vanilla ice cream on coffee jelly. Selected in the 2026 Guide — not a star.
