Nemi, La Paz
Nemi is contemporary Mexican tasting in Esterito, La Paz (C. Francisco I. Madero 565). Michelin names chef Alejandro Villagómez and a menu built almost entirely on Baja ingredients (French truffle may appear) with a Mexican wine pairing. Inspectors mention melon aguachile, watermelon in Mexican sake, butternut bisque, hoja-santa tamal with huitlacoche and truffle, totoaba with chileatole, braised wagyu cheek. Selected in the 2026 Guide — not a star.
