Nao
Nao is Mediterranean in Centro San José del Cabo (Miguel Hidalgo). Michelin notes whitewashed brick and blue, high service, and local chef Alex Branch; bread, pasta, and gelato are made in house. Inspectors push roasted beets with pomegranate molasses, cacio-e-pepe tortellini with shrimp and tobiko, shareable lechón, and yogurt gelato with baklava and strawberries. Selected 2026 — not a star.
