Manta at The Cape
Manta is contemporary Mexican-fusion at The Cape (Carr. Federal 1 km 5) with Land’s End views, under Enrique Olvera. Michelin notes Peruvian and Japanese accents, tasting or à la carte, and a kitchen “unafraid of bringing the heat”: sashimi or ceviche, melon salad in yuzu leche de tigre, tamarind-soy sweet potato in almond mole, Korean fried chicken, tempura fish tacos, cochinita in bao. Selected 2026 — not a star.
