Comal at Chileno Bay Resort
Editor’s Choice. Comal is contemporary Mexican at Chileno Bay Resort (Transpeninsular km 15): walk the resort path to an open-air room over the water. Michelin says the menu spans Mexican regions and pulls in South America. Inspectors highlight octopus kastakan — thin octopus with crispy pork belly and chicharrón, plantain tortillas — and a Pavlova with strawberry-basil sorbet. Selected 2026 — not a star.
