Benno at San Cristóbal Baja
Benno is Mexican-Mediterranean at Hotel San Cristóbal, Playa Punta Lobos, Todos Santos — indoor/outdoor by the pool and beach. Michelin describes simple evening plates (ceviche, grilled local cheese, roast chicken, house pasta) plus breakfast. Catch of the day in mild herb–pumpkin-seed mole verde; bite-size churros with dulce de leche and chocolate. Selected 2026 — not a star.
