Árbol at Las Ventanas al Paraíso
Árbol is Indian/Asian at Las Ventanas al Paraíso (Transpeninsular km 19.5, San José corridor): indoor/outdoor stone patio, lantern-hung branches. Michelin says a large menu founded on Indian cooking, plus charcoal-grilled meats and seafood and other Asian plates. Inspectors single out Punjabi fish masala (catch in cashew-tomato sauce) with basmati pilaf, pickles, and tandoor naan. Selected 2026 — not a star.
