Saturday, December 5, 2026: Sabor a Cabo — the International Food & Wine Festival of Baja California Sur, organized by CANIRAC Los Cabos since 2005 — holds its 18th edition at EDEA Timeless Venue in Los Cabos, reimagined as a “Verbena Sibarita”: a festive Mexican-fair format that keeps the gourmet focus and fundraising purpose. Food and wine experience from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with 40+ stands of restaurants, bars, spirits and tastings from Los Cabos and La Paz, followed by a musical closing. Official prices (MXN, fees and tax included): General $3,250 (unlimited tasting until 9:00 p.m., musical closing, common-area tables; wine glass extra) and VIP $5,600 (tasting glass included, unlimited tasting until the closing begins, VIP zone with tables and preferred access). Tickets sold exclusively through Kboletos via the official site; personal and non-transferable. Proceeds support Los Cabos community causes (2025 funded a new fire engine for Cabo San Lucas).
