For 2026, Los Cabos City Hall has confirmed planning for El Grito on 15 September plus a civic-military parade, but as of late August the detailed 2026 hour-by-hour programme was not yet published. Visit Los Cabos’ evergreen guide (posted 2023) says Cabo San Lucas gathers in Plaza León Cota Collins, with the municipal president giving the cry from the municipal palace balcony, fireworks and the national anthem. The 2025 municipal release (do not treat as 2026 times) had CSL and other delegations starting cultural programmes from 18:00. Expect street closures and a public-safety operation. Wear green-white-red if you like; this is a free outdoor civic night. Confirm 2026 start time on loscabos.gob.mx closer to the date.
