Pabellón Cultural de la República
First statewide encuentro cultural El Maíz Nos Une, organized through BCS SEDIF / Échale Montón with the Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, Saturday–Sunday September 26–27, 2026 at the Pabellón Cultural de la República in Cabo San Lucas. Official BCS release: inaugural ceremony, gastronomic and artisan exhibitions, traditional cooking contests, talks, workshops, poetry in Indigenous languages, traditional medicine, plus dance and music from mestizo, Indigenous, and Afro-Mexican communities, with 47 institutions collaborating. HCN municipal coverage (Aug 10, 2026) adds the Saturday September 26 program: from 5:00 PM a parade of 30+ contingents from Ocho Cascadas to the Pabellón, with the food, craft, and traditional-medicine sample running at the pavilion at the same time. Official pages do not post a ticket price or box office. Use these government dates and the Pabellón venue, not third-party marina listings.
