Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at Flora Farms: The Tortilla Table. Learn nixtamal, then grind, press, and stuff tortillas with traditional Mexican homestyle dishes. Includes guided farm tour, signature cocktail, family-style lunch, and a recipe booklet. Summer hours 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. MXN $2,775 per person (tax included).
