Casa Hogar de Cabo San Lucas
Youth home for vulnerable children ages 4–18 in Cabo San Lucas. Casa Hogar de Cabo San Lucas A.C. is a private nonprofit: no government funding — it runs on private donations and community support. Tax-deductible receipts are available for donors in the United States (Friends of Casa Hogar 501(c)(3)), Canada (Monarca Canada Foundation, gifts of $200 CDN or more designated for Casa Hogar Cabo), and Mexico (Casa Hogar de Cabo San Lucas A.C.). Mission: a home, care, schooling, and the chance to study professionally. Featured in Netflix’s Blue Miracle (loosely based on a 2014 Casa Hogar story; premiere May 27, 2021) and Disney+ Rennervations episode two (Jeremy Renner build for the kids and the Los Cabos community). Annual fundraisers they run: a Gala (typically February) and FORE! the Kids charity golf at Palmilla (typically November).
